When the Machine Cannot Be Operated Condition Cause Solution and reference A function is not executed, or you cannot perform an operation. Another function that cannot be used with the specified function at the same time is being executed. Wait for the function in progress to end, and then perform the next operation. When a backup of the address book is being created using Web Image Monitor or another method, the next function is executed after the backup is completed. The key is unresponsive, or another key is activated. You cannot interrupt copying even after pressing [Stop] while the copy function is operating. Basic Authentication, Windows Authentication, or LDAP Authentication is specified, and the user who started the copying or scanning operation has logged out.
