When a Message Is Displayed While Using the Fax Function Message "Transfer error has occurred. Check the status of the remote machine." Condition A network error occurred while transferring the data. Solution and reference • Check that the machine is connected to the network correctly. • Check that the sub-machine is connected to the network and functioning normally. • Check that the IP address or host name of the main-machine is specified correctly in [Settings] [Machine Features Settings] [System Settings] [Administrator Tools] tab [Program/ Change/Delete Remote Machine] on the sub-machine.
