10. Troubleshooting Problem "Please wait." appears. "Please wait." appears. "Please wait." appears. Causes Solutions This message appears when you press the [Energy Saver] key. Wait for a while. If the machine is not ready in five minutes, turn off the main power switch and make sure the main power indicator turns off. Wait at least ten seconds and then turn the main power switch on again. If the machine is still not ready in five minutes, contact your service representative. This message appears when the machine is warming up. • Wait until the message disappears. Do not turn off the main power switch while the message is displayed. • If the machine is not ready in five minutes, turn off the main power switch and make sure the main power indicator turns off. Wait at least ten seconds and then turn the main power switch on again. If the machine is still not ready in five minutes, contact your service representative. The current environmental condition is outside the recommended temperature range for the machine. • Check the optimum environmental conditions for the machine and move it to a different location. • Leave the machine for a while and allow it to adapt to the environment. For details about the optimum environmental conditions for the machine, see "Optimum Environmental Conditions After Moving the Machine", Maintenance and Specifications . 158
