Secure digital cards Secure digital cards In addition to the applications that come with your Smartphone, you can also download and install other applications as needed. The SCH-i600 contains 25MB of memory to allow for continued expansion. Additionally, you can expand your Smartphone's capabilities with an optional Secure Digital (SD) Card. An SD card can store up to a gigabyte of data for use with your Smartphone. The open slot on the right side of the Smartphone is for use with an SD card. SD cards come in a variety of sizes and can hold up to 1 gigabyte of data. Tip: The SD Slot is an I/O port, which allows Bluetooth, 802.11x, phone attachments, and more, enabling expansion and making your Smartphone the ultimate communicator. Tip: The largest size SD card that can be used in your Smartphone is 512MB. Transferring data to the SD card 1. Insert the SD Card (label side up) into the slot on the right side of the Smartphone. The beveled edge should be facing toward the top of the Smartphone. 2. Insert your Smartphone into the desktop cradle and synchronize the Smartphone with your PC via ActiveSync. 3. Open Windows Explorer then highlight the application, game, or folder that you wish to transfer to the SD Card. 101

In addition to the applications that come with your
Smartphone, you can also download and install other
applications as needed. The SCH-i600 contains 25MB of
memory to allow for continued expansion. Additionally, you
can expand your Smartphone’s capabilities with an optional
Secure Digital (SD) Card.
An SD card can store up to a gigabyte of data for use with
your Smartphone. The open slot on the right side of the
Smartphone is for use with an SD card. SD cards come in a
variety of sizes and can hold up to 1 gigabyte of data.
Tip:
The SD Slot is an I/O port, which allows Bluetooth,
802.11x, phone attachments, and more, enabling expansion
and making your Smartphone the ultimate communicator.

The largest size SD card that can be used in your
Smartphone is 512MB.
Transferring data to the SD card
1.
Insert the SD Card (label side up) into the slot on the
right side of the Smartphone. The beveled edge should
be facing toward the top of the Smartphone.
2.
Insert your Smartphone into the desktop cradle and
synchronize the Smartphone with your PC via
ActiveSync.
3.
Open Windows Explorer then highlight the application,
game, or folder that you wish to transfer to the SD Card.
