Messaging Viewing inbox folders The Inbox menu contains folders similar to the e-mail application on your PC. You can save messages to these folders, recall and send them again at a later date, or keep them for later viewing. E-mail and SMS messages reside in the same inbox and are identical in appearance. 1. At the Home Screen, press the left soft key ( ) Start. Inbox is highlighted. 2. Press then press right soft key ( ) Menu. 3. Press to highlight Accounts/Folders and press to display the Accounts/Folder screen. 4. Press to highlight ActiveSync or another E-mail account, then press right soft key ( ) Folders to display these options on the Folders screen. Folder Deleted Items Drafts Inbox Outbox Description Messages deleted from other folders are sent here. You can restore deleted messages, delete individual messages, or empty the entire folder altogether. Postponed messages are sent to the Drafts folder where they can later be recalled and sent to the intended recipient. You can edit the message before sending, or delete the message, thereby sending it to the deleted New incoming messages are saved here. You can delete, reply, forward, mark for download, or mark the message as read. Messages are stored in the Outbox until they are sent. Messages that could not be sent remain in the Outbox where you can view and/or delete them later. 91

Messaging
Viewing inbox folders
The Inbox menu contains folders similar to the e-mail
application on your PC. You can save messages to these
folders, recall and send them again at a later date, or keep
them for later viewing.
E-mail and SMS messages reside in the same inbox and are
identical in appearance.

Deleted Items
Messages deleted from other folders are sent

the message before sending, or delete the
message, thereby sending it to the deleted

Outbox
Messages are stored in the

until they
