Phone Basics In-Call Options Pressing Options (right softkey) during a call displays a list of features you may use during the course of a call. To select an option, press the corresponding keypad number or highlight the option and press . The following options are available through the Options menu: Warning! Due to higher volume levels, do not place the phone near your ear during speakerphone use. ⅷ Key Mute or Key Unmute allows you to mute the key tones on your phone so the other caller cannot hear you pressing any keys on your handset. ⅷ Contacts accesses the Contacts menu. ⅷ Messaging accesses the Messaging menu options. ⅷ 3-Way Call allows you to talk to two different people at the same time. (For more information, see "Making a Three-Way Call" on page 178.) ⅷ Call History checks your call log for Outgoing, Incoming, Missed, and All Recent calls. You can also erase the logs from this menu. ⅷ Voice Memo allows you to record incoming audio from your conversation. (For more information, see "Managing Voice Memos" on page 116.) ⅷ Tools accesses the Tools menu options. ⅷ Phone Info displays the following menu: Ⅲ (1) Phone Number Ⅲ (2) Icon Glossary Ⅲ (3) Version Ⅲ (4) Advanced Ⅲ (5) Memory Status During a call, the left softkey button functions as the Mute button. In-Call Options
Pressing
Options
(right softkey) during a call displays a list of features you
may use during the course of a call. To select an option, press the
corresponding keypad number or highlight the option and press
. The
following options are available through the Options menu:

Key Mute

allows you to mute the key tones on your
