It displays Not Running if the Switch is not updating the DHCP snooping database right now. This field displays when (in seconds) the Switch is going to update the DHCP snooping database again. It displays Not Running if the current bindings have not changed since the last update. This section displays information about the last time the Switch updated the DHCP snooping database. This field displays the number of bindings the Switch ignored because the port

number was a trusted interface or does not exist anymore.
