Table 16 VLAN: Static VLAN LABEL DESCRIPTION Name Enter a descriptive name for the VLAN group for identification purposes. VLAN Group ID Enter the VLAN ID for this static entry; the valid range is between 1 and 4094. Port This field displays the Ethernet port number or the VDSL port (VDSL). Control Select Normal for the port to dynamically join this VLAN group using GVRP. This is the default selection. Select Fixed for the port to be a permanent member of this VLAN group. Select Forbidden if you want to prohibit the port from joining this VLAN group. Tagging Select TX Tagging if you want the port to tag all outgoing frames transmitted with this VLAN Group ID. Add Click Add to add the settings as a new entry in the summary table below. Cancel Click Cancel to reset the fields. Clear Click Clear to start configuring the screen again. Chapter 6 VLAN 47
