When installing the child restraint system, carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions. According to accident statistics, children are safer when properly restrained in the rear seating positions than in the front seating positions. WARNING Never let a passenger hold a child on his or her lap while the vehicle is moving. Additionally, holding a child in your lap or arms in the front seat exposes that child to another serious danger.
