Wireless Net Use the Wireless Net menu to change print settings affecting jobs sent to the printer through a wireless network. NOTE: The Wireless Net menu is only displayed when an optional multi protocol card is installed on the printer and the optional wireless printer adapter is installed on the card. NOTE: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings. Status Purpose: To display the information on the wireless signal strength. Any change cannot be made on the operator panel to improve the status of the wireless connection. Values: Good Indicates good signal strength. Indicates marginal signal strength. Acceptable Low Indicates insufficient signal strength. Indicates that no signal is received. No Reception Reset Wireless Purpose: To initialize wireless network settings. After executing this function and rebooting the printer, all wireless network settings are reset to their default values. TCP/IP Purpose: To specify the TCP/IP settings for the wireless network. The change becomes effective after the printer is turned off and then on again.
