Word Processing ESC a Format: ASCII code: ESC n Decimal: 27 9"7 n Hexadecimal: 1B 61 n Select Justification Comments: The following values can be used for n: 0: Selects left justification. 1: Selects centering. 2: Selects right justification. 3: Selects full justification. The default setting is n = 0. Full justification (n = 3) is performed when the buffer becomes full. The commands HT and BS are invalid except in n = 0 mode. For n = 3 there must be no carriage returns within a paragraph. This command is available in both draft and NLQ. ESC SP (space) Set Intercharacter Space Format: ASCII code: ESC SP n Decimal: 27 32 n Hexadecimal: 1B 20 n Comments: Sets the amount of space added to the right of each character, in addition to the space already allowed in the design of the character.
