Main Assembly 17 Frame, ribbon ass'y , Spring, ribbon frame and Fixing plate, ribbon frame (2-color Print Version only) 1. Apply G-31 to the switching point of the Frame, ribbon on the Lever, ribbon switch. (Line lubrication: length 4mm x wide 1 mm) 2. Apply G-31 to the tip of releasing point of the Frame, ribbon ass'y on the Frame, base ass'y. (Point lubrication: diameter 1mm) 3. Apply G-31 to the each furnishing shaft (left and right) of the Frame, base ass'y. (Line lubrication: length 2mm x wide 1mm) 4. Attach the shaft (A) and (B) of the Frame, base ass'y to the Frame, ribbon ass'y. 5. Attach the Fixing plate, ribbon frame to groove (A). 6. Hook the Spring, ribbon frame to (C) of the Frame, base ass'y and (D) of the Frame, ribbon ass'y. 1.
Apply G-31 to the switching point of the Frame, ribbon on the Lever, ribbon switch. (Line lubrication:
length 4mm x wide 1 mm)
2.
Apply G-31 to the tip of releasing point of the Frame, ribbon ass’y on the Frame, base ass’y. (Point
lubrication: diameter 1mm)
3.
Apply G-31 to the each furnishing shaft (left and right) of the Frame, base ass’y. (Line lubrication:
length 2mm x wide 1mm)
4.
Attach the shaft (A) and (B) of the Frame, base ass’y to the Frame, ribbon ass’y.
5.
Attach the Fixing plate, ribbon frame to groove (A).
6.
Hook the Spring, ribbon frame to (C) of the Frame, base ass’y and (D) of the Frame, ribbon ass’y.
