(Black to red or red to black) The Spring, ribbon release is unhooked or damaged. The Spring, ribbon frame is unhooked or damaged. Verify that the Spring, ribbon B release is not unhooked or damaged. Verify that the Spring, ribbon B frame is not unhooked or damaged. If the spring is unhooked, hook it back on. If it is damaged, replace it. If the spring is unhooked, hook it back on.
