Open the top cover, remove the print cartridge, and reinstall it.
Install a new HP print cartridge. 13.XX.YY DUPLEX JOB INTERRUPTED For help press alternates with Discard top sheet and press or alternates with Discard top 2 sheets and press There was an error while the printer was duplexing.
Remove the number of sheets indicated on the printer control panel display and press SELECT ( ). Open the top cover. 2. Clear all paper from the area. If necessary, remove and reinstall the print cartridge. 3. If the message persists, check for paper in all other areas.
