2 Using Your Printer Software Print Dialog Options On the next few pages are explanations of the options available from the Print dialog box: Paper Type/Quality, Layout, Color, and Background Printing. Paper Type/Quality Settings in the Print Dialog Box Look here to see the effects of the quality options you choose. For highest quality printing, choose Best. For faster printing, choose Draft or Normal. Draft is faster than Normal. To save these settings for printing future documents, click here. To return to the default printer settings, click here.
