„„ Fax Ready Screen Names and Functions Status display "Fax Ready" is displayed for the ready screen. Date Displays the current date and time. You can change the current date and time in the Initial setup (User Install). (See page 1-16.) Soft keys You can display up to five frequently used functions here. Advanced key Press this to display a list of the advanced fax functions. Shared/Personal display Displays whether the shared screen or personal screen is displayed. Memory Displays the amount of memory remaining. Search Press this to search for destinations. Index Press this to sort or filter the destinations. Add/Edit Press this to add or edit destinations.
