FAX Operation (Advanced) Forwarding Settings FAX > Common > Forward > Forward Use this page to select forwarding destinations. The settings available on the Forward page are shown below. Item Description File Format Choose either PDF or TIFF as the file format used for 4 storing forwarded files. FTP Encrypted TX Turn On to enable encryption for transmission. Note the SSL protocol must also be turned on. Subject Additional Information When a forwarding address is specified as destination, Sender Name or Sender FAX No./ Address is appended at forwarding. When None, these will not be appended. Page Separate Choose whether pages are separated when faxes are forwarded to a computer. Forward Destination Settings Displays the registered destinations. Click the checkboxes for the destinations to be enabled so that they are ticked. To change a destination, click the name of the destination to be changed. The Forward - Edit page is displayed. Change the destination information and click Submit. Delete To delete a destination, click the checkbox for the destination to be deleted so that it is ticked and then click Delete. After completing the settings, click Submit to save the settings. 4-23
