When Toner Runs Out When the machine has run out of toner the symbol appears on the display. Note that even if there is no toner left, you can still send fax messages. Important ❒ If you continue receiving and sending faxes after the toner has run out, communication will not be possible after 200 transmissions (1000 with the optional expansion memory installed). Limitation ❒ The Memory Storage Report, Poll- ing Reserve Report, and Confidential File Report are not printed. Note ❒ If the standby screen is not dis- played, press the {Facsimile} key.
