Specifying E-mail Destinations If the target destination does not appear, take one of the following steps: • Display the destination by selecting its initial letter from the title • Display the destination by pressing [U] or [T] Note 1 ❒ Depending on the security setting, some destinations may not appear in the destination list. Selecting destinations by entering the registration numbers Select the destination from the machine's address book using its registration number. A Press [Reg. No.]. B Using the number keys, enter the five-digit registration number assigned to the required destination folder. If the entered number is less than five digits, press {q} after the last number. Example: To enter 00003 Press {3}, and then press {q}. C Press [OK]. By pressing [Change], you can change the selected destination. 19

Select the destination from the machine’s address book using its registration
number.
