Connecting a Device via Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot Use the other device's Wi-Fi control to connect to your device's Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot. 1. Launch Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot on your device. For more information, see "Launching Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot" on page 67. 2. Activate Wi-Fi on the other device, using the device's Wi-Fi control. 3. Scan for Wi-Fi hotspots, and select your Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot from the list. To find your device's name, see "Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot settings" on page 87. 4. At the prompt, enter your device's Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot password. By default, the password is your device's number. For more information, see "Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot settings" on page 87. Bluetooth Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communications technology for exchanging information over a distance of about 30 feet. You don't need to line up the devices to send information with Bluetooth. If the devices are in range, you can exchange information between them, even if they are in different rooms. Use the other device’s Wi-Fi control to connect to your device’s
Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot.

Launch Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot on your device. For more

Activate Wi-Fi on the other device, using the device’s Wi-Fi
control.
3.
Scan for Wi-Fi hotspots, and select your Portable Wi-Fi

Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communications technology
