Additional Information Troubleshooting Troubles about receiving a still image - DCR-TRV80 only The message "Bluetooth Authentication Error" appears, and you cannot receive a still image. c The authentication time limit (30 seconds) is over. c You did not enter the correct passkey. c The connected device disconnects or ends the connection. c The passkey you entered is wrong. Enter the correct passkey. The message "Bluetooth Communication Disconnected" or "Error Receiving" appears, and you cannot send a still image. c The connected Bluetooth device is turned off. c The Bluetooth device is too far from your camcorder. c The radio waves between your camcorder and the connected device were blocked. c The connected device disconnects or ends the connection. c The "Memory Stick" does not have enough capacity. c The sent still image is not a JPG or JPEG file. c The sent still image is too large. The message "Bluetooth connection Timeout" appears. c If your camcorder does not receive any requests from the connected device for five minutes, the connection is disconnected or the camera becomes non-connectable. Connect your camcorder and the Bluetooth device again. No request from the connected device. c The device you want to connect with your camcorder is connected to other device. Disconnect the connection and connect the device with your camcorder. c The time limit was exceeded. Set your camcorder to connection standby again. The received still image cannot be played back. c Your camcorder may not be able to play back incompatible JPEG files or files recorded by other devices properly. c The still image is corrupted. The index screen becomes blue. c The received files do not have thumbnails. 135
