Figure 36 Basic Setting > System Info Chapter 8 Basic Setting The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 10 Basic Setting > System Info LABEL DESCRIPTION System Name This field displays the descriptive name of the Switch for identification purposes. ZyNOS F/W Version This field displays the version number of the Switch 's current firmware including the date created. Modem Code F/ This field displays the version number of the VDSL chip firmware used in the Switch. W Version Ethernet Address This field refers to the Ethernet MAC (Media Access Control) address of the Switch. Power Module This field displays Dual when the Switch supports both AC and DC power input. Otherwise, it displays AC or DC when the corresponding power module is connected and detected. 1st F/W Version This field displays the version number of the currently installed firmware on the first flash memory. 2nd F/W Version This field displays the version number of the currently installed firmware on the second flash memory. Hardware Monitor Temperature Unit The Switch has temperature sensors that are capable of detecting and reporting if the temperature rises above the threshold. You may choose the temperature unit (Centigrade or Fahrenheit) in this field. Temperature BOARD, MAC and PHY refer to the location of the temperature sensors on the Switch printed circuit board. Current This shows the current temperature at this sensor. MAX This field displays the maximum temperature measured at this sensor. MIN This field displays the minimum temperature measured at this sensor. Threshold This field displays the upper temperature limit at this sensor. Status This field displays Normal for temperatures below the threshold and Error for those above. VES1724-56 User's Guide 71
