Managing Calls IP Phone UI Use the following procedure to edit the Callers List. Use the following illustration as a reference. Callers List Key Handsfree Button 1. Press the Callers List Key. 2. Press 2 and 5 to find the entry you want to edit. Press 2 to view the most recent call, or 5 to see the oldest call on your list. 3. Press the EditNum softkey to begin editing. 4. Edit the number field using the respective keys on the dialpad. Notes: • Pressing 4 will move the cursor one character to the right while pressing 3 will move the cursor one character to the left. • Use the Backspace softkey to delete characters. 5.
