Receiving Calls Sending an Incoming Call to Voicemail You can send an incoming call directly to voicemail without answering the call using any of the methods in the following procedure. IP Phone UI To send a call to voicemail: • Do nothing and let the incoming call go directly to voicemail. • Pressing the Reject key. • Press the Key without picking up the handset. If all of the available lines on your phone are busy, any additional incoming calls go directly to voicemail.
