Changing Your Backup Settings Customizing Backup Settings You can control which of your files, folders, and local drives are backed up by customizing Adaptec File Saver's backup settings. Any changes you make override the previous backup settings. (If you are an advanced user, you can use a Wizard to help you quickly change your backup settings. See page 3-5.) Note: For convenience, in the rest of this User's Guide, the term "backup files" will be used to refer to all backup items, including files, folders, and local drives. To customize your backup settings: 1 Open the Adaptec File Saver window by clicking the icon on your desktop or system tray. 2 In the main menu (shown on page page 2-2), click Change Backup Settings.
