Introduction Installing Adaptec File Saver Your Network Administrator will send you an email entitled Welcome to the Adaptec File Saver, which contains installation instructions and a link to the installation application. To install Adaptec File Saver on your computer: 1 Read the email carefully and print it out for reference during the installation. 2 In the email, click the link to the Adaptec File Saver installation application. 3 Click Open or Run. (Don't click Save.) The Adaptec File Saver Installation Wizard opens. Network Administrators only-If you are installing Adaptec File Saver on a user's computer, type in their User Name before you continue. (The User Name field will not appear on Windows® 98SE or Windows Me.) 4 Close all open applications except for your Web browser. 5 In the Installation Wizard (shown on page 1-3), click Next. 1-3

Installing Adaptec File Saver
Your Network Administrator will send you an email entitled
Welcome to the Adaptec File Saver
, which contains installation
instructions and a link to the installation application.
To install Adaptec File Saver on your computer:

Read the email carefully and print it out for reference during the
installation.

In the email, click the link to the Adaptec File Saver installation
application.

The Adaptec File Saver Installation Wizard opens.
Network Administrators only
