Viewing and Managing Your Backup Files Viewing the File List The File List view is a single level list of backup files. To view the File List, from the Tree view (see page 5-2), click the File List button (shown at right) or select View, then click Backed up files (file list view). The File List view opens. (It may take a few moments for the entire list to be generated.) File details and status are shown. (See Checking Backup File Status on page 5-3 for more information.) Sort the displayed information by clicking the column headings. 5-4
