Flow of Basic Operations Remote UI (Last Page) 1 Accessing the Remote UI from a Web Browser. Access the Remote UI from a Web browser. Enter the IP address of the machine in the address bar of the Web browser. 2 Checking the Job Status and Specifying the Settings Check the job status and specify the settings. To check the job status: Click [Status Monitor/Cancel]. Press [ENTER] on the keyboard. To login as the administrator, enter the System Manager ID and System PIN  click [Administrator Login]. To login as a general user, click [General User Login]. To specify the settings: Click [Settings/Registration]. If the Log In screen is displayed, enter the user name and password  click [Log In]. If a login service, such as Department ID Management or SSO-H has been set, enter the appropriate login information. 59

Accessing the Remote UI from a Web
Browser.
Access the Remote UI from a Web browser.
Enter the IP address of the machine in the address bar of the Web
browser.
Press [ENTER] on the keyboard.

Checking the Job Status and Specifying
the Settings
Check the job status and specify the settings.
To check the job status:
Click [Status Monitor/Cancel].
To specify the settings:
Click [Settings/Registration].
To login as the administrator, enter the System
Manager ID and System PIN
click [Administrator
Login].
To login as a general user, click [General User Login].
If the Log In screen is displayed, enter the user name
