Remove the keyboard (see Keyboards). 20H 5. Remove the display assembly (see Removing the Display Assembly). 201H 6. Remove the palm rest (see Removing the Palm Rest). 20H 7. Remove the fan cover by removing the 4 screws that secure the fan cover, and then lift the fan cover out of the base. Fan cover screws (4) 8. Removing the Processor Thermal-Cooling
Assembly

4.
Remove the keyboard (see

5.
Remove the display assembly (see

6.
Remove the palm rest (see
Removing the Palm Rest
).
7.
Remove the fan cover by removing the 4 screws that secure the fan cover, and then lift the
fan cover out of the base.
8.
Remove, in consecutive order, the three screws labeled "1" through "3," on the assembly.
