Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system. 3. Remove the expansion card riser assembly. Steps 1. Remove the screw that secures the expansion card to the assembly. 2. Hold the expansion card by its edges, and carefully remove it from the riser card. NOTE: Install an expansion card filler bracket over an empty expansion slot to maintain Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification of the system.
