ping Description Synopsis ping6 Description Synopsis Example racdump Description Synopsis Input Verifies that the destination IP address is reachable from CMC with the current routing-table contents. A destination IP address is required. An ICMP echo packet is sent to the destination IP address based on the current routing-table contents. To use this subcommand for CMC, you must have the Administrator privilege for CMC. racadm ping Verifies that the destination IPv6 address is reachable from an CMC, or with the current routing-table contents. A destination IPv6 address is required. An ICMP echo packet is sent to the destination IPv6 address on the basis of current routing-table contents. To use this subcommand for CMC, you must have the Administrator privilege. racadm ping6 racadm iping6 10.9.72.254 IPING6 10.9.72.254 (10.9.72.254): 56 data bytes 64 bytes from 10.9.72.254: icmp_seq=0 ttl=121 time=2.9 ms --- 10.9.72.254 ping statistics --1 packets transmitted, 1 packets received, 0 percent packet loss round-trip min/avg/max = 2.9/2.9/2.9 ms This subcommand displays the comprehensive chassis status and configuration state information, and historic event logs.
