11. Specify the folder name and location of the folder, and then click the Create button. A Network Folder Creation in Progress window appears. Once the folder has been created, you will continue to the Complete screen. ● You can either type a folder name in the Folder name text box, or use the default folder name. ● You can either click the Browse button and navigate to the path where scanned documents will be stored, or enter the path in the Location text box. ● If you want a shortcut to the folder placed on your desktop, select the Create a shortcut to this folder on my desktop check box.
