Device Information Click Device Information in the menu on the left to find the product service ID (if assigned), the firmware version, and the serial number. Figure 5-32 Device Information screen The configuration page shows other settings; click View Configuration Page to see it. Click the product icon in the lower-left corner to see information about another installed products.
