Replace memory cassette. 201-XXX-Y21 (Multiple DIMM failure in Port 1 Bank 1; see "Memory modules" on page 39) 1. Isolate failing DIMM: a. Replace a DIMM in bank with a "known good" DIMM. b. Rerun memory diagnostic for the failing bank. c. If test fails, mark replaced DIMM as "good" DIMM. d. If test passes, mark replaced DIMM as "bad" DIMM. e. If DIMM tested is "bad", remove it and replace it. f. If DIMM tested is "good", do not replace it. 2. Repeat steps 1a through 1f with other DIMMs in failing bank until error is fixed. 3. If error is not fixed, replace memory cassette. 201-XXX-Y22 (Multiple DIMM failure in Port 1 Bank 2; see "Memory modules" on page 39) 1. Isolate failing DIMM: a. Replace a DIMM in bank with a "known good" DIMM. b. Rerun memory diagnostic for the failing bank. c. If test fails, mark replaced DIMM as "good" DIMM. d. If test passes, mark replaced DIMM as "bad" DIMM. e. If DIMM tested is "bad", remove it and replace it. f. If DIMM tested is "good", do not replace it. 2.
