SOFT SWITCH: #21
Bit 1 to 2:T1 indicates the calling time after dialing, can adjust the T1 time longer by
changing the default value. The default T1 timer depends on each country reg-
ulation.
Bit 3
:Some old machines can not accept DIS command over 4 bytes, and every time
will become fail. In this case you can set this bit to 1. If this bit is set to 1, JBIG
and V8 capability will be disabled automatically.
Bit 6 to 7:A fax to be received is cancelled and the machine becomes unable to receive it
if the setting of “No. of RINGS” is made longer than the setting of “CNG dura-
tion after dialing.” Be sure to make the “No. of RINGS” setting to a value shorter
than the “CNG duration after dialing” setting.
