Understanding the printer menus 78 Custom Types menu Use Custom Type [x] Paper Card Stock Transparency Rough/Cotton Labels Envelope Recycled Paper Card Stock Transparency Rough/Cotton Labels Envelope To Associate a paper or specialty media type with a factory default custom type name or a user‑defined custom name created from the Embedded Web Server or from MarkVisionTM Professional. Notes: • Paper is the factory default setting. • The custom media type must be supported by the selected tray or multipurpose feeder in order to print from that source. Specify a paper type when Recycled is selected in other menus. Notes: • Paper is the factory default setting. • The custom media type must be supported by the selected tray or multipurpose feeder in order to print from that source. Custom Names menu Use Custom Name [x] To Specify a custom name for a paper type. This name replaces Custom Type [x] in the printer menus. Custom Bin Names menu Use Standard Bin Bin [x] To Specify a custom name for the standard bin. Specify a custom name for Bin [x]. Universal Setup menu Use Units of Measure Inches Millimeters To Identify the units of measure. Notes: • Inches is the U.S. factory default setting. • Millimeters is the international factory default setting.
