Understanding the printer menus 152 Use Enable NTP On Off To Enable Network Time Protocol, which synchronizes the clocks of devices on a network. Notes: • On is the factory default setting. • This setting is turned off if you manually set the date and time. Minimize the use of energy, paper, or specialty media. Notes: • Off is the factory default setting. • Setting Eco‑Mode to Energy or Paper may affect printer performance, but not print quality.
