Notices 303 Licensing notices All licensing notices associated with this product can be viewed from the root directory of the installation software CD. 日本の VCCI 規定 B VCCI-B European Community (EC) directives conformity This product is in conformity with the protection requirements of EC Council directives 2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU, 2009/125/EC, and 2011/65/EU on the approximation and harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility, safety of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits, the ecodesign of energy-related products, and on the restrictions of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. A declaration of conformity to the requirements of the Directives is available upon request from the Authorized Representative or may be obtained at www.lexmark.com/en_us/about/regulatory-compliance/european-union-declaration-of-conformity.html. This product satisfies the Class B limits of EN 55022 and EN55032 and safety requirements of EN 60950‑1 or EN 62368-1. Regulatory notices for telecommunication terminal equipment This section contains regulatory information pertaining to products that contain telecommunication terminal equipment such as facsimile. Notice to users of the US telephone network: FCC requirements This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the requirements adopted by the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA). On the back of this equipment is a label that contains, among other information, a product identifier in the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this number must be provided to your telephone company. This equipment uses the RJ-11C Universal Service Order Code (USOC) jack. A plug and jack used to connect this equipment to the premises' wiring and telephone network must comply with the applicable FCC Part 68 rules and requirements adopted by the ACTA. A compliant telephone cord and modular plug is provided with this product. It is designed to be connected to a compatible modular jack that is also compliant.
