Using the VShield Scanner 7. To have the Internet Filter module block hostile Java and ActiveX objects or dangerous Internet sites that can cause your system harm, select Yes, enable hostile applet protection and access prevention to unsafe websites, then click Next>. The Internet Filter module maintains a list of harmful objects and sites that it uses to check the sites you visit and the objects you encounter. If it finds a match, it can either block it automatically, or offer you the chance to allow or deny access. To disable this function, select No, do not enable hostile applet protection and access prevention to unsafe websites, then click Next> to continue.
