Install the Facebook App on Your Phone Before you use Facebook on your phone, you must download and install the app from the Google Play Store app. 1. From home, tap Apps > Play Store . 2. Tap Search and search for "facebook". 3. Tap Facebook from the results list. 4. Tap Install, and then tap Accept. 5. When the download has completed, tap Open. Note: After installation, open the app from the home screen, tap Apps > Facebook . Sign in to Your Facebook Account from Account Settings You can sign in to your Facebook account when you launch the app, or you can sign in from the account setting menu. 1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Add account. 2. Tap Facebook . 3. Read the disclaimer and tap I accept to continue. 4. Enter your Facebook username and password and tap Next. 5. Tap Done. Google Play Store The Google Play Store is the place to go to find new apps for your phone. Choose from a wide variety of free and paid apps ranging from productivity apps to games.
