Options menu. Highlight Copy to phone (or Copy to SIM) and press Left Softkey to confirm. • To copy all phonebook records in SIM to Phone or Phone to SIM, highlight any record in the SIM or Phone directory, press Left Softkey for the Options menu. Highlight Copy all to phone (or Copy all to SIM) and press Left Softkey to confirm. • To move a phonebook record in SIM to Phone or Phone to SIM, highlight the record in the SIM or Phone directory, press Left Softkey for the Options menu. Highlight Move to phone (or Move to SIM) and press Left Softkey to confirm. When copying/moving a phonebook record in the phonebook (Phone), the Phone number screen is displayed to choose which number you wish to copy/move. Sending an SMS/MMS/i-mail from the phonebook You can send an SMS/MMS/i-mail message to the phone number stored in the phonebook. • Highlight the phonebook record you wish to send an SMS/MMS/i-mail to. • Press Left Softkey, highlight Send as SMS/Send as MMS/Send as i-mail and press Left Softkey. • To compose a message, see "Messages overview" on page 46, "Creating and sending a message" on page 47 or "Message settings" on page 49. Search by a record number When any phonebook record in the phonebook is displayed, press Left Softkey for the Options menu. • Highlight Go to location and press Left Softkey. • Key in a record number of the phonebook record you are searching. Press Left Softkey to confirm. Memory status You can display the capacity of the phonebook. • Press Left Softkey and select Memory status. The maximum number of personal records that can be stored and the current number of personal records in the SIM/FDN/Phone are displayed. Sorting a list • Highlight a phonebook record in the SIM/Phone, and press Left Softkey to display the Option menu. • Select Sort, then select Alphabetic/Location. The list will be sorted alphabetically or by the Record no.. Sorting may take time depending on the number of personal data entries, the number of characters contained in each record and the type of language. 68
