N150 and N300 Wireless Routers View Router Status  To view router status and usage information: 1. Launch a web browser from a computer or wireless device that is connected to the network. 2. Type http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com. A login screen displays. 3. Enter the router user name and password. The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive. The BASIC Home screen displays. 4. Click the ADVANCED tab. The Router Information pane displays the following information: • Hardware Version. The router model. • Firmware Version. The version of the router firmware. It changes if you upgrade the router firmware. • GUI Language Version. The localized language of the router user interface. • LAN Port: - MAC Address. The Media Access Control address for the Ethernet (LAN) port. This address is the unique physical address that the Ethernet (LAN) port of the router uses. - IP Address. The IP address that the Ethernet (LAN) port of the router uses. The default is 192.168.1.1. - DHCP Server. Identifies whether the router's built-in DHCP server is active for the LAN-attached devices. Manage Your Network 55
