Gallery View, edit, and manage pictures and videos. Note: Some functions described in this section are only available if there are images or videos in the Gallery. View Images and Videos Launching Gallery displays available folders. When another application, such as Email, saves an image, a Download folder is automatically created to contain the image. Likewise, capturing a screenshot automatically creates a Screenshots folder. 1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Gallery. 2. Tap Menu in the upper left corner, and then tap an option to choose the way items display. • In Albums view, you can create albums to organize your images. On the drop-down menu, tap Albums, and then tap New album. 3. To launch the Camera app, tap Camera. 4. When in Album view, tap an album to open it. 5. Tap an image or video to view it in full screen mode. Swipe left or right to view the next or previous image or video. Zoom In or Out Use one of the following methods to zoom in or out on an image: • Double-tap anywhere on the screen to zoom in or zoom out. • Spread two fingers apart on any place to zoom in. Pinch the screen to zoom out. Play Videos 1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > 2. Tap a folder to open it. 3. Tap a video to view it. 4. Tap Play to play the video. Gallery. Trim Segments of a Video 1. Select a video, and then tap the screen once to see the video options. 2. Tap Trim. 3. Use the sliders at the bottom of the screen to trim the video. Move the left bracket to the desired starting point, and then move the right bracket to the desired ending point. 4. Tap DONE to save the video. Modify the File name, and then tap OK to confirm the changes. Gallery Options 1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Gallery. 2. Select an image, and then tap More options to display these options: • Edit: Use basic tools to edit your photo. • Favorite/Unfavorite: Assign or unassign this photo or video as a Favorite. Tap Menu > Favorites to view your favorites. • Slideshow: Start a slideshow with the images in the current folder. • Photo Frame: Add a frame to the selected photo. • Write on image: Add a note to a photo. • Copy to clipboard: Copy the current photo to the clipboard. View Images and Videos
Launching Gallery displays available Folders. When
another application, such as Email, saves an image,
a Download Folder is automatically created to
contain the image. Likewise, capturing a screenshot
automatically creates a Screenshots Folder.
1. ²rom a Home screen, tap

2. Tap
Menu
in the upper leFt corner, and then
tap an option to choose the way items display.

Use one oF the Following methods to zoom in or out
on an image:

Double-tap anywhere on the screen to zoom in or
zoom out.
•
Spread two fngers apart on any place to zoom in.
Pinch the screen to zoom out.
Play Videos
1. ²rom a Home screen, tap

Gallery

2. Tap a Folder to open it.
3. Tap a video to view it.
4. Tap
Play
to play the video.
Trim Segments of a Video
1. Select a video, and then tap the screen once to
see the video options.
2. Tap
Trim
.
3. Use the sliders at the bottom oF the screen
to trim the video. Move the leFt bracket to the
desired starting point, and then move the right
bracket to the desired ending point.
4. Tap
DONE
to save the video. ModiFy the
²ile name, and then tap
OK
to confrm the
changes.
