Adjusting the Ringing Volume Adjust the ringing volume of the machine using the procedure below. Factory setting: 3 (MEDIUM) Step 1 Press these keys GHI FUNCTION 2 PQRS Comments "OPTION SETTING" will appear in the display. "RINGING VOLUME" will appear in the display. 3 or 4 ENTER 5 STOP STOP Press the or key to lower or raise the volume to the desired level. 6 "STORED" will appear in the display. Press the STOP key twice to exit. Setting the Length of Alarm Beeps You can select the length in seconds of the alarm beeps following the procedure below.
