Fax Setup How to Enter Characters You can enter letters with the number keys. Letters are marked above each of the number keys "2" through "9". To enter a letter, press the appropriate key repeatedly until the desired letter appears (the number of the key appears first, followed by letters in the order marked above the key). The keys used for entering characters are shown below. ABC DEF GHI JKL MNO 6 PQRS TUV WXYZ • To enter two characters in succession which require using the same key, press the right arrow ( ) key once after entering the first character, and then enter the second character. • To change one individual character to another, move the cursor to the character you want to change and enter the new one. The new character will replace the old one. • Symbols can also be entered by pressing the "#" and " " keys: • Pressing the "1" key on the number keypad enters a space. Fax Setup
You can enter letters with the number keys. Letters are marked above each of
the number keys “

” through “
9
”. To enter a letter, press the appropriate key
repeatedly until the desired letter appears (the number of the key appears first,
followed by letters in the order marked above the key). The keys used for
entering characters are shown below.
•To enter two characters in succession which require using the same key,
