Fax Setup Setting the Index Function You can print an index mark along the edge of the pages in each job. This makes it easy to separate different jobs on the output tray. Separate faxes with index marks. 6 Use the following procedure to set the index function. Factory setting: 2 (OFF) Step 1 Press these keys FUNCTION GHI 2 WXYZ 3 ABC or 4 STOP STOP Comments "OPTION SETTING" will appear in the display. "BATCH INDEXING" will appear in the display.
