20.8 speed Description The speed command is used to configure the Speed Mode for an Ethernet port. To return to the default configuration, please use no speed command. Syntax speed { 100 | 1000 | 10000 | auto } no speed Parameter 100 | 1000 | 10000 | auto -- The speed mode of the Ethernet port. There are four options: 100Mbps, 1000Mbps, 10Gbps and Auto negotiation mode (default). Command Mode Interface Configuration Mode (interface ten-gigabitEthernet / interface range ten-gigabitEthernet / interface port-channel / interface range port-channel) Example Configure the Speed Mode as 1000Mbps for port 1/0/3: T1700X-16TS(config)# interface ten-gigabitEthernet 1/0/3 T1700X-16TS(config-if)# speed 1000 20.9 storm-control pps Description The storm-control pps command is used to configure the storm control mode as pps(packets per second) on an interface. To disable the pps mode, please use no storm-control pps command. Syntax storm-control pps no storm-control pps Command Mode Interface Configuration Mode (interface ten-gigabitEthernet / interface range ten-gigabitEthernet / interface port-channel / interface range port-channel) User Guidelines This command should be used along with the storm-control command to enable the storm control function and specify the detailed parameters in pps mode. 138

20.8 speed
Description
The
speed
command is used to configure the Speed Mode for an Ethernet port.
To return to the default configuration, please use
no speed
command.
Syntax
speed
{ 100 | 1000 | 10000 | auto }
no speed
