Getting to Know Windows Millennium Edition Lesson 1: Exploring the desktop 112 When updated information about a menu item is available on a Toshiba Web site, the Toshiba Active Menu will ask you if you would like to receive the update. If you request the update, new information will be downloaded to your computer. To Do List The To Do list provides a list of things Toshiba recommends you do shortly after setting up your computer. The To Do List includes signing up for free Internet access, registering your computer, learning how to use the Toshiba Active Menu, and familiarizing yourself with the Online user's guide. You can check off each task as you complete it.
