UTILITY STITCHES Partially removing threads is called "drawnwork". This gives a beautiful result with fabrics that have a loose weave. Two ways to create drawnwork are described below. ■ Drawnwork (Example 1) Press on the LCD. e X The pattern displayed at the top of the screen is mirrored. Pull out several threads from the fabric. a Sew along the other edge of the frayed section f so that it looks like the previous stitching. N Attach monogramming foot "N". b Press , and set the horizontal mirror g image key back to OFF. • For details, refer to "Replacing the presser foot" (page 42).
