Do not touch the integrated circuit devices on the RP memory module, the metal traces (or fingers) along the edge of the RP memory module, or the pins in the RP memory socket. Step 5 As the RP memory module is released, the module is positioned at a 45-degree angle. Gently pull the RP memory module out of the socket. Continue to keep the module in a 45-degree angle until it is completely removed from the socket guides. (See Figure 5-32.)
